Guild meetings are usually held monthly, September to April, at the Carnegie Gallery, 10 King Street West Street, Dundas.
Currently meetings are being held in person at Carnegie Gallery or through Zoom.

The owner of Vision Personal Training known as Cameron Smith has done it all in his 15 years of being a fitness professional. Starting as a co-op student in 2010 he quickly became a head trainer who later took over management roles which then lead to ownership roles. After experiencing the lock down effects during the pandemic, his home business thrives. An unintentional discovery that home gyms and proper education of life quality can change your life.
The overall goal each day is to improve each client's well being anywhere from mobility, strength, posture, balance and much more. With that, doing it in a way that leaves people with a new sustainable routine they can't live without.
